Ok, found thumbnail problem:
...
- size need to be configured in admin >> site config
--> disable no pref to display thumbnail if admin did not configure size
--> fixed last commit to use configured size for thumbnails

CSV Export for all eTemplate applications using the nextmatch widget to list their entries. The column names, labels and types can be set by the application or get autodetected by eTemplate. Admins can configure an export limit (max. number of entries to export) or disable the functionality completly for non-admins. The charset for the csv export can be configured in the common prefs. Applications can and have to turn the export explicitly off by setting ['nm']['csv_fields']=false. I only made a column-definition for InfoLog, which includes translated column-names.

drag and drop for calendar for all those who cannot wait for cooxdoo or dojoproject :o) - it is disabled by default - if you want to use it you have to go to common preferences and enable drag and drop (last entry before template-specific settings) - just for Mozilla based browsers ATM, all other browsers get auto-disabled - it lacks a lot features, e.g. recurring events and whole day events but this will come - HAVE FUN

Two new options for the account-selection:
...
- Selectbox with groupmembers (only)
- No user-selection at all
These two options limit the visibility of other users. There for they should be forced and apply NOT to administrators.

added notify-messages to prefs:

- notify messages contain vars to be substituted, eg. $$username$$
- the var-name gets translated for editing
- new function create_notify in preferences.php
- new function parse_notify to substitute / create the notify msg

reworked preferences (ported from .16 incl. fixes):
...
- not set user-prefs use the default value, default values have been used only for new accounts before
- preference-table has new column preference_app
- preferences got automaticaly quoted now, eg. its save to use single and double quotes as well as backslashs
