4ef07f8d67 Now using the same template files as the admin/config.php - only api/admin/prefs templates 
are included, and all are saved in the config table as appname='phpgwapi'.

45f2ca1616 Adjust auto_add() - sql now uses a default group config in setup, or does 
not configure a group at all - old behavior was to add them to account_id 1.
Some more register_globals tweaks.
