476dc6ad93 * CalDAV: expand-property reports queried by iCal from OS X 10.7.4 
- expanded-group-member-set
- expanded-group-membership
- calendar-proxy-read-for
- calendar-proxy-write-for
Both calendar-proxy reports can be combined in one request, which is now also handled correct.
