Ralf Becker ef43034467 added some stuff for handling db-charsets: ... - db-version gets now queried after the connection is made and before we select the DB, to be availible if the db not yet exists - create_database can set now the default charset for mysql4.1+, that might make sense for Postgres too - mysqlt is now translated to mysql in db::Type, as it's queried in many places, which do not recognise mysqlt.
