Revert "Remove xinit" 
I may want to use this in the future and even if I don't use it it's not
going to have a significant impact on the computer, so I might as well
keep it here just in case.

xinit

xinit is used to run the X display server with startx.

Use Cases

xinit can be used to:

  • Start X from a tty

You should not use xinit if:

  • You use a display manager that bypasses the tty
