array_merge_recursive accumulates values in sub-arrays:
array_merge_recursive(['nm'=>['get_rows'=>'a.c.m']], ['nm'=>['get_rows'=>'a.c.m']]) === ['nm'=>['get_rows'=>['a.c.m','a.c.m']]
