- private cf's only visible to certain user or groups
...
- configurable extra tab for the private cf's
- cf's displayed in the list are now configurable like in InfoLog via
the column-selection
- row color of the list get's now set by category, if cats have colors
defined (first match for multiple cats)
- fax is now allways direct visible in list and edit

reworked and generalised Klaus new custom field header feature, to use it in the addressbook too, easy to addapt for the other apps now, only requires the get_rows/search method to understand filter and order_by with cfs

reworked the config class to:
...
- have a static method config::read($app) to read the config of an app, no need to instanciate it
- added some caching to not read the config more then once per request
- moved the get_customfields and get_content_type methods here from admin.customfields
- private custom fields only visible for certain users/groups (in addressbook only for the moment)

Feature to control the concurrent opening of calendar events.
...
If an entry which is opened by another user, gets saved by another user before the former commits its changes, the former user is notified at the
time saving the event and asked to reload the event and reedit. A link to reedit is provided.
Additionally there is a feature to inform a user that a given entry is opened by another user within a configurable timespan.
This feature was developed by Stefan Becker

expanding the autoload function to enable it to step through the registered modules to find old naming shema classes.
...
This is due to a bug in felamimail, when typing an address, the auto completion produces an XML Error, because the
socontacts_sql class is not found.
The problem may be resolved by another method, the solution provided here is probably not wanted, for proper style reasons,
and will not solve all possible autoload problems.
