This restores a basic version of the `post` command. Some source types have been omitted from this first take. I copied from `fetch` and from `post`@0.40.0. Part of #4356

post
Post content to a URL and retrieve data as a table if possible.
Usage
> post <path> <body> {flags}
Parameters
<path>the URL to post to<body>the contents of the post body
Flags
- -h, --help: Display this help message
- -u, --user : the username when authenticating
- -p, --password : the password when authenticating
- -t, --content-type : the MIME type of content to post
- -l, --content-length : the length of the content being posted
- -r, --raw: return values as a string instead of a table
