This PowerShell script selects a random Chuck Norris joke in Data/jokes.csv and speaks it by text-to-speech (TTS).

Parameters

PS> ./tell-joke.ps1 [<CommonParameters>]

[<CommonParameters>]
    This script supports the common parameters: Verbose, Debug, ErrorAction, ErrorVariable, WarningAction, 
    WarningVariable, OutBuffer, PipelineVariable, and OutVariable.
