allow the link-query method of an app to set further attributes of the option used to display the entry, eg. a title (tooltip) of a certain entry: instead of id => title pairs, you return eg id => array(label=>title,title=>tooltip) like for html::select or the select widget

Added tab support so users can press tab and select the current (or first) row - thanks ot Raphael Alla for the patch
...
Added up / down arrow support so users no longer need to use the mouse. Tested on Mac Firefox, Safari and IE6

new vfs-stream-wrapper class, which uses a fstab (in a static class var at the moment) to mount different filesystems/stream-wrappers together in a single virtual file system for eGroupWare, can be tested with filemanager/ls.php and the default fstab of / => oldvfs:/

oldvfs stream-wrapper can now also open/read/write files and uses a direct filesystem stream to overcome memory_limit limitations, eg. with filemanager/ls.php --cp /tmp/xyz.iso oldvfs://user:password@default/home/user you can copy now a cd image to the vfs!

- configurable extra tab for the private cf's
- cf's displayed in the list are now configurable like in InfoLog via
the column-selection
- row color of the list get's now set by category, if cats have colors
defined (first match for multiple cats)
- fax is now allways direct visible in list and edit
