7a3e571376 - reworked conversions backend in importexport_helper_functions 
- reworked plugin interfaces. 
	- charset is now an attribut of plugin_options only
	- import / export function itselve is not static any more
- whiped out silly phpdoc tags generated by umbrello (kde uml modeler)
- reworked representation of plugin_options for definitions
- many fixes in uiexport and export_csv
- lang updates

9e6050bc22 reworked import: 
- cli import working fine now
- ui wizzard is broken atm. will also be reworked
- export definitions as xml files (see arrayxml functions in importexport)
- moved importexport stuff to own dir
