74a6cf6794 * Mail: fix problem on SentCopy ending up with the wrong mailaccount. Should be copied to chosen mailaccount on sending. If none is configured for folder; respect that setting. 73c1f064b9 Don't send mail rows when opening mail app, but use client side cache instead. 
Gives large speed improvements when changing to previously opened folders.
