9a6b90e78f 1) enabled DB support additionaly for: 
- Oracle via oci8 or odbc extension
- MsSql via odbc extension
2) added checks for the neccesary extension incl. loading them if they are not loaded by default: db extensions and session extension. This is now consitent wiht check_install.
3) sessions class tries now to load the php session extension and silently fallbacks to db-sessions

630c88d766 reworked installation/upgrade process to not use delta-updates any more, as we can now reliable read the schema back from our supported databases: 
- makes update scripts a lot easier and saver
- updates are a lot faster now
==> only the needed update-functions get called

940deb08a9 finished DB backup and restore for eGW: 
- the backup is independent of the used DB and can eg. be used to port an install to an other DB type
- autom. backup before upgrades of the DB structure
- installing backups instead an installation from scratch
- own backup screen in setup and admin to:
  + shedule repeating backups
  + up- and download of backups
  + creating and restoring backups

c591c2c221 fixed / added mssql support for egw and fixed some other Windows probs on the way ;-) 
- knowledgebase is not working: select distinct is not possible with text-columns
- fudforum is not working: is does not use ADOdb and has no own db-layer for mssql
- other apps seem to work, everthing needs through testing - incl. our "old" db's

Translation of Traditional Chinese in UTF-8 version
I've tested it with the version RC5. Somebody in taiwan
who offered a series of functions to convert the
encoding from big5 to utf-8. It works fine~ Should I also
upload it for anyone who would like to understand the
big5 encoding??

f6a498f68e - fixed not existing posix_get{pwuid|grgid}, outputs 'not availible' under win now 
- explaining boolean returns from ini_check as On or Off
- added extension imap to check for email apps
- not useing function dl if that function does not exist

658dfdce96 restructured setup a bit: 
- move most of the lang-code from setup/lang.php to phpgwapi/inc/class.translation_sql.inc.php
- added a minimal-auto-configuration, so one does not need to enter the config-step at all for a running installation
- added the language of the admin to the installed languages

1ed1b0f431 some fixes for setup: 
- back-button for manage-header
- header-update shows lang-selection
- lang-selection is sorted now alphabetical
- lang-selection in header-admin shows up only if called the first time (without login)
- manage-languages and add-applications respekt now different translations for the same phrase in different apps
