- Favorite now hides whole header
 - Link thumbnail now just setting width to avoid distortion
 - File thumbnail no longer limited, using full size thumbnail from site configuration or widget width, whichever is smaller
 - Fix links were using edit instead of view

71b71ac7c4 enable the fallback to english mainscreen_message as default/fallback, if there is no mainscreen_message defined for your language. Make sure there is one, if you want that.
